What is your minimum order quantity?
We have a detailed MOQ for each item. We also accept the sample order but the cost will be charged as doubled and we may refund you the sample cost once the mass quantity is well confirmed.
How do I place an order?
You only need to tell us the product or product model you need , as well as detailed requirements such as color, size, and quantity . We will prepare a detailed quotation for you. After both parties confirm the order, you can pay a 30 % deposit, and we will arrange production immediately.
When my order will be well completed? / When it is your cargo completion date?
Normally it takes about 25-40 days, but it depends on what kind of exact items you may order.
What is your after-sales service?
We offer a 100% guarantee on our product. If there is any quality issue occurred under normal usage, kindly help provide pictures as evidence and we will verify, we will comensate you the loss or will provide you replacament once confirm it is our problem.
Do you have an Alibaba account? Why are the prices there so cheap?
For the decade prior to 2019, we used Alibaba, but we no longer use Alibaba accounts because Google gives us better traffic and rankings. Also, the pricing on Alibaba is quite unregulated; some merchants list prices lower than the actual value to attract customers, or offer very poor quality products, resulting in chaotic pricing that is difficult for both buyers and sellers.

Yes, we own 2 factories. Our main products are wedding & event tables and chairs. We also have deep cooperation with other factories to support one-stop furniture sourcing.

If the client asks for confidentiality of their product information and design, we would sign a confidentiality agreement.
